The Old Windsor Studio Standard Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms: 28 days from date of invoice.

Cancellation Terms: (confirmed bookings only)
2 working days or less 100%
3-5 working days 50%
6-8 working days 25%

Postponement Terms:
There will be no charge if a confirmed booking is postponed with at least 3 working days notice and re-confirmed within 10 working days. Otherwise the above cancellation charges will apply.

Bookings will be held on a provisional basis for 48 hours.
The Old Windsor Studio is happy to make any cash advances or cover any disbursements on your behalf but an administration charge of 10% will be added to your invoice.
